1 cupcanned cannellini beans (about 140 grams), drained and rinsed
1 tablespoonsesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt

Trim and peel the zucchini.

Blend the cannellini beans with the zucchini peels, half an avocado, and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth.

Use a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles and place them on a plate.

Add the sauce, the tomato cut into small pieces, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and salt.
