Crispy outisde Soft inner side Beetroot cutlet made with beet root, Rava, Potato and some spices. Those who not like beetroot like this cutlet very much. It can go well with mint chutney, and sweet chutney along with yogurt
Steps

Wash, Peel and cut it into small pieces

Pressure cook and mash the beetroot

Add all the spice powders, corn flour, rava, ginger, green chilli, and salt to the cooked beetroot. Mix well

Make small balls with the beetroot mixture into without any cracks. Make patties and pat fry in a pan
- 5
Make different shape and fry both sdes into crispy
