Palak Paneer
Steps

First clean the spinach leaves, chop them into pieces and blanch them for about a minute. Now remove them from the water and keep it aside to cool down.

Now heat a pan, add some oil and butter and mix them. Once it gets hot, add the khada masalas mentioned above like dried red chillies, cinnamon stick and green cardamom. Then add grated onion to it. Fry it for about a minute.

Then add ginger-garlic paste to it and mix it and let them fry for about 2 minutes. Then add tomato paste in it. Mix everything well and cook for about 3 minutes.

Later add salt, sugar & some turmeric powder. Now mix everything well. Now fry the masala until oil starts releasing from it.

Now take a mixing jar and add blanched spinach, green chillies and chopped coriander and grind everything well. Now add this paste into the masala.

Give everything a good mix. Cover & cook it on a low flame for about 5 minutes. Check the salt consistency at this stage. Add some garam masala and mix it.

Then drop the paneer pieces in it and gently mix it. Let it cook for about 2 minutes on a low flame. Finally add some fresh cream and gently mix everything well.

Cook for about 1 more minutes. Then switch off the flame. Your creamy palak paneer is now ready to serve. Serve it hot with some parathas or rotis.
