1 packslice halibut fish
1 tspsoy
1 tbspcooking oil
2 stalksspring onion
1thumbsize ginger,thinly slice

Steps

Wash fish,then add spring onion stalk,the hard part.And add ginger slices.

Boil water in the steamer and steam for 11 mins.

Open.lid and add spring onion leaves and pour soy sauce.Steam for a minute.Remove fron the steamer.

Boil the cooking oil and slowly pour over the fish.
