  • 2boil potatoes
  • 2Tbs Rajgiri aata
  • 1tsp rock salt
  • 1tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2Tbs coriander leaves
  • 1tsp ginger
  • Oil for frying

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash or grate, boil potatoes,add singhada aata, Rajgiri aata,green chilli, coriander leaves

    Mix add salt,pepper powder, and make dough, and make balls

    Make slurry with 2tsp singhada aata,salt,water,dip potato paties in slurry
