  1. 1 cupurad dal (Black Gram)
  2. 1 cupraw rice
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1/2 cup Jaggery
  5. 1/2 cup Gingelly oil
  6. 3 tablespoon of Ghee

  1. 1

    Dry roast urad dal (Black Gram) in low flame for 5 mins at least until you get nice aroma and keep aside.

    Now add raw rice in a pan and dry roast until it turns Puffy.

    Cool down completely.

    Transfer into mixer to make a fine powder. (both black gram dry roast and raw rice dry roast)

    Grind it to a fine powder.

    Now add grinded Powder (urad Dal, raw rice), egg, ghee, Jaggery.

    Add water mix it well without any lumps.

    Now start cooking, keep in low flame and keep stirring without leaving. It will start to thicken.

    Now add little gingelly oil & ghee & keep stirring to avoid lumps.

    Cook till it swirls in the pan.
