Heat ghee in a pan...
Fry cashews & Raisins in ghee until lightly golden and Keep aside.

Dry roast Rava Sooji (semolina) in a pan and
Stirring it continuously till you get a nice aroma. - 3
Set Aside Roasted Rava

Meanwhile, in the same pan to prepare sugar Syrup by taking 1 cup sugar and ¼ cup Water.

Now add little milk

Stir continuously until it forms this consistency. Then set aside Sugar syrup

Meanwhile, take a bowl, add roasted Rava, grated coconut, cardamom powder, fried cashews & raisins, sugar syrup, ghee.

Mix it Very well.

Take a small amount of mixture in your Hand. Press it with your hands and form a round shape

Finally, Rava (Semolina) Ladoo Ready.
