Get ready with all ingredients
Wash peel and grate the beetroot - 2
Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour salt cumin seeds red chilli powder green chilli chopped green coriander leaves chopped onion chopped mix everything well knead dough with water do not make a soft dough it should be little hard texture keep aside for 5 min

Now make equal size balls from dough.Take one portion of dough and roll it thick Paratha make slits on it using knife. Meanwhile heat up tawa spread oil place koki on it

Roast both sides till golden brown spots appear drizzle with oil

Serve hot or warm with raita dahi cup of hot tea or coffee
