Heat ghee in a kadai, add singhara atta, roast for 5 to 6 minutes,.

When it becomes golden brown, add hot milk, mix it well.(You can use hot water).

Add sugar, give a nice mix till the mixture stops sticking to the kadai

Sugar dissolves, add grated coconut, chopped almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, pistachios and raisins.

Add cardamom powder, mixwell

Singhara atta dryfruit halwa is now ready, Garnish with fried nuts and enjoy the delicious dish.
