★Rice cooked with chia seeds and vegetables★

In Japan, rice cooked with various vegetables and meat is a common dish, but I also tried cooking chia seeds with it because I heard they are good for your health. #GlobalApron

Steps
- 1
Cut the carrots into 2-3 mm thick pieces and cut them using a vegetable hollowing tool. If you don't have a vegetable hollowing tool, cut them to the appropriate size. Prepare 15 g.
Finely chop the remaining carrots and use them in another dish. - 2
Cut the fried tofu into 7mm cubes.
- 3
Cut the shimeji mushrooms in half lengthwise.
- 4
Wash the rice and put it in a rice cooker with the specified amount of water. (If using a rice cooker, fill it with water up to the marking line.)
- 5
Add the dashi powder, soy sauce, and chia seeds and mix well.
- 6
Next, add the carrots, fried tofu, and shimeji mushrooms, cover, and turn on the rice cooker.
- 7
Once the rice cooker has been switched off, open the lid, add the thinly sliced green beans, cover and leave to steam for 10 minutes.
