In a glass add whole full cream🥛 milk, add cocoa powder mix well, break lumps of cocoa powder and make a smooth chocolate milk, add sugar / honey mix well, add skimmed milk powder and vanilla extract, fresh ground cardamom powder mix well. Keep aside

In serving glass, add chai seeds, pour above chocolate milk and mix well, break lumps if any with the spoon, cover and place the glass in the fridge for 2 hrs or overnight, in-between stir and break lumps if any. The pudding would be thickened.

Top with chopped fruits and nuts, serve chocolate chai seeds pudding straight away. Note: you can add your choice of fruits and nuts, almond & cashew milk can be used. If you like thin pudding add 11/4 cup and for thick pudding the recipe is given above as your desire.
