In heavy bottom pan add ghee let it warm on medium flame 🔥 add flour & roast it till aroma comes & it’s become golden color

Add malai & switch off the flame mix it nicely; keep the pan on flour & stir 2-3 min again so little cold ;now add jaggery & mix it well so no Jaggery pieces

Put the mixture in greased plates & spread evenly & garnish with sliced almonds & pistachio

After 5 minutes make cut design & After 1/2 an hr or completely cool remove the SUKADI & keep in airtight container & enjoy when ever you fast
