This Protein packed chili has become my favorite meal. It’s probably the easiest way to cook chili but the flavor is so good that you will want to make it more and more !

This Protein packed chili has become my favorite meal. It’s probably the easiest way to cook chili but the flavor is so good that you will want to make it more and more !

Soak chickpeas and bean overnight in water. In a separate pan wash and boil your chickpeas and bean until soft and set aside. Prepare your veggies and finely chop them.
In a pan add oil and sauté onions. Then add tomatoes and bell peppers, green chili and sauté for few mins. - 2
Now add your sauces: tomato paste and hot sauce and also add spices chilli flakes and cumin powder and mix then add some water and let cook for few mins and until soften. Add salt as per taste.

Add chickpeas and kidney beans and vegetable stock. And more salt if required.

Finally add your bbq sauce and mix well. And put lid and cook and low heat for sometime. If you like a bit of watery chilli, then keep an eye.

Enjoy with rice or nachos.
