Steps

Dry roast the Ots on a slow flame,
When cool, grind it and make a powder.
Make other ingredients ready. - 2
Add ghee in a pan.
Then add Wheat flour and roast on a slow flame.
When flour changes the colour,add Gond Powder and roast well. - 3
After that add ots powder, crushed almond and dry Ginger Powder..
Mix well and roast for a minute,then switch off the gas.
Remove the pan on platform and add jaggery,mix till jaggery melt and merge with the flour mixture. - 4
Transfer the mixture into the greased plate and level it. After that sprinkle the rest of the crushed almond and leave to cool down.
Later make a square piece and serve as required.
