Wash and Soak white matar for at least 8 hrs

Boil white matar.

Peel wash and cut potatoes in cube.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan add chopped potatoes fry with adding salt and turmeric powder. - 4
Remove potatoes.keep aside.

In same oil add cinnamon stick and bay leaf add chopped onion and ginger paste cook for two mnts on medium heat.add coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt mix.

Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies cook till tomatoes are soft.

Add white matar and fried potatoes mix add two cup of water and cook for 15- 20 mnts.

Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.serve.
