Steps
- 1
Take cocoa powder, corn flour & sugar in a bowl. Transfer to a non-stick pan.
- 2
Now add milk slowly whisking all the time. Remember not to add milk all at once or the mixture will turn lumpy & it will be difficult to break the lumps.
- 3
As you cook the mixture will become thick. Switch off the flame. Bring the pan down. Add butter & vanilla essence. Mix till butter melts.
- 4
Pour in 4 glasses. Cover the glasses with cling film so it will not form that weird pudding skin on top.
- 5
Just before serving, remove the cling film & garnish with Oreo cookie pieces, whipped cream or grated chocolate.I have garnished it with grated chocolate & grated walnuts. Serve chilled.
