Stuffed flaxseeds paratha

Dry roast flaxseeds till spultter.Cool.

Grind coarsely.keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add one cup wheat flour.Add pinch of salt and 2 tspoon oil.Make chapati like dough.keep aside for half an hour.

Make paste of ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and chillies.Add paste to flaxseeds.Add salt and 1 tspoon oil.Mix well.Our stuffing is ready.

Take a big lemon size ball of dough and roll puri size add two tablespoon mixture of stuffing.Seal by hands.

Roll paratha lightly.Heat a griddle.Add oil in the griddle.
Add rolled paratha and roast both sides by adding oil in it. - 7
Our tasty, healthy, flaxseeds paratha is ready to serve.
