  1. 1 1/2 cupsred lentils (about 300 grams)
  2. 1 can(about 8.5 oz) peeled tomatoes
  3. 1red onion
  4. 1 tablespoonMadras curry powder
  5. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  6. 4eggs
  7. 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  8. Salt, pepper
  9. 1 1/4 cupsvegetable broth (about 300 ml)

    Thinly slice the onions and sauté them in olive oil with the spices for 5 minutes.
