1 stickunsalted butter, softened
150 ggranulated sugar
3over ripe bananas
2large eggs
1/2 tspvanilla extract
185 gAll Purpose Flour
1 tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupChopped Walnuts
1/2 cupRaisins

Cream butter and sugar.

Mix in the eggs and mashed bananas.

Add the dry ingredients; flour, salt, and baking soda.

When combined, stir in vanilla, walnuts, and raisins.

Transfer to prepared loaf pan and bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes.
