For Saran (Stuffing)
Heat nonstick pan,add coconut and jaggery and stir it add sugar and mix it until sugar and jaggery melt.then cook it for 5 minutes stir it well,this time add 1/2 tbsp ghee.turn off heat,add cardamom powder and crushed dry fruits.and mix it.add one pinch salt and mix it. - 2
For Modak cover :- heat a Kadhai add 1 cup milk and 1 cup water add ghee 14 tbsp sugar and pinch salt,when it comes will warm add rice flour and mix it with wodden stic or wodden belan,stir it for one minute,Then cover it.

Heat stimmer and place leaves 🍃 in it,take big plat add stimmed flour and make smooth dough,take small dough and make Modak with stuff Saran and stimm it for 5 minutes.ready Ganpati bappa’s Modak for Prasad
Serve with ghee.
