Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupsprouts
  • 1 1/2 cuproasted Vermicelli
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonhalf urad dal
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • Handfulcurry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoonhing
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2green chilli
  • 3 teaspoonCoconut
  • Handfulcoriander
  • 2 cupsWater
  • 2 teaspoonoil

  1. 1

    Chop green chilies, grate ginger and shop that curry leaves and keep. In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, Jeera aur Daal Hing, turmeric and let it splutter.

    Now add the chopped green chilies, grated ginger and curry leaves to it and give it a stir.

    Now add the sprouts water and give it a boil. When it boils add coconut and the coriander leaves along with it.

    Once every thing boils together at the roasted Vermicelli mix well and let all the water get absorbed. Serve hot with pickles.
