Take all the needed ingredients.

In a hot pan,add 2tbs oil, then add gardamom,Biryani leaf,cashews,sliced tomatoes. saute until its mashed. Then add coriander,cumin,chilli powder. Mix well.

Turn off the stove. Cool it down and grind nicely.

In a same pan,add 2tbs oil then add diced capsicum,saute about 1min on high flame and keep aside. Then in the sane pan add cumin seeds,chilli powder and then add grinded paste.

Also add required amount of (200ml)water,salt and sugar. Bring it to boil. Close the lid and keep the flame on medium and cook for 10mts.

After that add garam masala and kasthuri methi. Cook for 2more mins and add square shaped paneer pieces and capsicum..also,mix gently and cook for 3 more mts.
