Boil the egg, 🥚 peel and cool a mash with some avocado 🥑 so it's nice and creamy.

Put onions sliced and chopped tomatoes and slice beef give it a couple of minutes in spray oil,
Then get your wrap and put mashed egg down the centre then add beef and veg on then some slices of avocado, salt and pepper.

Roll the wrap 🌯 and serve with dipping plum sauce.

You can warm it in airfyer on grill setting if you want.
