  • 100 galmond flour
  • 35 gramscocoa powder
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 75 gramsbutter
  • 3 tbspadditional water/oil/espresso
  • 1/2 cupagave syrup
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2eggs

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix everything together until consistent

  2. 2

    Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes until the middle is stable (toothpick check should still be wet)
