Dry Dates or Chuare are the amazing one's that can be eaten or used in making hot or cold beverages. Milkshake with these little beauties is a yummy variation and loved by all. Now these are available in two different colours ranging from Brown or Red and Yellow. I have used both coloured dry Dates for this recipe. It turned out just perfect and every single time that it is used, it's absolutely flavourful and refreshing.
Dry Dates are rich in Fibre, Minerals, Plant compounds and disease fighting antioxidants. They are the natural sweetner too. These help with Diabetes management, helps in digestion, prevents Cancer, improves Brain and Heart health, boosts fertility etc.
Whip up an easy glass of this flavourful Milkshake on a Weekend or a holiday to celebrate with your families at home Brunch. Or any other day as desired. It's always a hit.

Wash the dry dates. Pat dry. Add them to a glass of milk at night. Refrigerate until next morning.

Use soaked dates with milk for this recipe. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar at first.

Blitz on a high for about 2 minutes or until everything gets mixed well. Serve it right away. Enjoy!
