  • 4.4 lbszucchini (about 2 kg)
  • Filling ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cupsbulgur for cooking (about 270 grams)
  • 10.5 ozground beef (about 300 grams)
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoondried mint
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoonallspice
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 5 clovesgarlic, minced
  • Tomato sauce
  • 5 quartswater (about 5 liters)
  • 1/2 cuptomato paste (about 120 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonallspice

    Wash the zucchini and hollow them out. Rinse the hollowed zucchini again and let them drain.

  2. 2

    Mix all the filling ingredients together. Stuff the zucchini with the filling and arrange them in a large pot.

    Dissolve the tomato paste in the water, then pour it over the stuffed zucchini. Add the salt and spices.

    Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the zucchini are tender. Serve hot.
