  1. 100 gspinach
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 stickscelery
  4. 1/2Apple 🍎
  5. 1/2pear 🍐
  6. 1small piece of ginger root 🫚
  7. 15almonds (soaked overnight)
  8. 2 tbspground flaxseed
  9. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  10. 1 pinchcinnamon

    Blend spinach with water.

    Add ginger root, celery, apple and pear.
