Cooking Instructions

If your peanut is raw start by cooking it in oil for about 40 minutes in low heat. Drain and let it cook then add the rest of the ingredients before placing it in food processor.

Place all the peanuts in the food processor and process for about 2 minutes each stages. Peanuts will go through various stages. They will turn into crumbs, a fine ground, paste then a smooth creamy puree.

Use spatula to loosen a bit and reincorporate the peanuts stuck to the sides and below the blade. It can take up to 10 minutes to get a smooth and creamy mixture. Time will depend on your food processor and desired texture. The more you process the more the peanuts will release their own oil which will help turn the mixture into a smooth creamy spread. Continue processing until the peanut reaches the really creamy smooth state.

Place the peanut butter on an air tight container. Refrigerate to firm up. After a few hours in the fridge your peanut butter is ready! Share and Enjoy!
