Ingredients

  • 14 ozbuffalo/beef
  • 2-3onions
  • 2carrots
  • 1 packmushrooms
  • all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 3/4 cupred wine (200 ml)
  • 14 ozcanned diced tomatoes, skinless
  • 1 tablespoonbouillon powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the beef and vegetables.

  2. 2

    Coat the beef with flour, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef.

  4. 4

    Add the buffalo, onions, and carrots to a pressure cooker and fry.

  5. 5

    Add the red wine and cook off the alcohol.

  6. 6

    Add the tomatoes.

  7. 7

    Add bouillon powder and water. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam.

  8. 8

    Pressure cook for 25-30 minutes.

  9. 9

    Allow the pressure to release naturally for steaming.

  10. 10

    Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  11. 11

    Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Then stop heating.
