Pani Puri is a key component the popular Indian snack, all time favorites food for all .it is also known as golgappa, puchka.

Boil soaked chickpeas by adding salt.mash boiled potatoes. Add boiled chick peas.

Add cumin coriander powder, black salt, salt, red chilli powder and chopped green coriander. Mix it nicely.

For making green pani, Add washed green coriander and mint leaves, salt, lemon juice, black salt in a mixture jar.

Grind and make smooth paste. Remove paste in a big bowl add 2 cup cold water and Pani Puri masala.mix it well.

Tasty Pani Puri masala and tasty green water is ready to serve.Enjoy panipuri. You can add sweet chutney, salted boondi. But in a Navratri no extra time for variation.
