Take a pan add cooking oil till heated then put potato 🥔 that cutted in slices fry it well for a minute then add barnyard millets, Red pepper 🌶️ powder, salt and water 💦.

Add Garam masala and mix it well.
Cook it on high flame 🔥 up to the boiling water 💦 then take it in a low to medium flame 🔥 with stirring at regular intervals of time.
When cooked 🍚 remove from heat. - 4
For Farali raita - churn curd and add salt, red pepper 🌶️ powder, roasted grinded cumin seeds powder and water 💦.Mix it well
