Stuffed Aloo Paneer Paratha

For Stuffing:
Boil to 80% level, peel and cool potatoes completely. Grate them Mix in grated paneer, coriander, other masalas and salt. Mix smooth using little oil. Note to use the stuffing immediately. - 2
Ready the dough ingredients. Using water knead a soft dough. Rest dough for 10 minutes.

Make portions of dough and stuffing. Roll one dough portion, using some dry wheat flour. Place stuffing portion and seal well.

Roll gently into a stuffed paratha, using dry wheat flour. Roast on a tawa.

Turn and apply oil and roast well. Roast on medium gas for best result. These bloat if pressed and roasted.

Serve hot with curd and garlic chutney.
