Add lemon, salt and sugar to the grated carrots.

Heat oil in a tadka pan. Crackle mustard seeds. Add asafoetida powder and green chillies. Fry a bit and the add Sesame seeds. Pour this tadka over the carrots. Also add chopped coriendar leaves.

Combine everything well. And the salad is ready!
