Ingredients

25 minutes
3 persons
  • 1/4 cupsago/sabudana
  • 4medium sized potato
  • 1/4 cuproasted peanuts coarse powder
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Peanut oil for greasing

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and rinse the sabudana thrice or more and soak it for at least 2-3 hours. Pressure cook potatoes, peel and grate them.
    Once the sabudana are soaked well transfer them into colander. So that the excess water,if any, will drain out.

    Now in a mixing bowl, add grated potato, sabudana, peanut powder, green chilli paste, coriander and sengha namak and mix well.

    Ivide the mixture into lemon sized balls.

    Grease and heat waffle maker,take one ball and place it in waffle maker and close it and let it cook.

    Once it is cooked remove it from the waffle maker and continue with the rest of the balls and prepare waffles.

    Serve hot.
