Steps

Put on the frypan on the gas.When the pan is hot add ghee.

Then container to stir with the chana stit and stir when it becomes sticky then add sugar.After the keep stirring continuously.Then when it becomes out of the pan turn off the gas.Then spread ghee in is still container.Then pour the mixture and put it in the fridge for 10minutes.

After 10minutes take it out and cut it with a knife.Chanar barfi is ready.
