During the rainy season, you often crave something different and delicious. These tikkis are tasty, crispy, and easy to make. I made these tikkis by shallow frying them.

Grate the potatoes. Rinse the poha and soak it in water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and let it sit in a strainer for 10 minutes. Add all the ingredients listed above except the sesame seeds. Mix well with your hands.

Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into lemon-sized balls, and flatten them with your hands to form tikkis.

Spread the sesame seeds on a plate and press the tikkis onto the seeds. Heat mustard oil until it starts to smoke, then shallow fry the tikkis until crispy. Your delicious tikkis are ready to serve.
