Sometimes it might be red inside the fruit and sometimes white. It depends on climate and the soil. They don’t differ in taste, everything is similar except the color. Take fresh red or dark pink dragon fruit. Cut in half. And take out pulp to it. Make it s puree.

Take a pan. On a slow flame, heat it. Add desiccated coconut powder and condensed milk. Mix well.

Now add dragon fruit puree. Mix well. Then add cardamom powder and ghee. Stir constantly till it turns into a dough. Add chopped dryfruits.

Turn off gas flame. Then Transfer this burfi mixture in a greased tray. Spread and Press evenly, sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios flakes. Keep aside for 1 hour to set properly. Make cut to give burfi shape.
