Steps

Dry roast besan and rava on slow flame.

Then roast with ghee. Add ghee inbetween for 2 to 3 times.

Colour of besan chanes, nice aroma comes, ghee comes out.

Add little water and roast it again.

Cool it completely then add sugar, nutmeg powder, kaju tukda and mix it well.

Make laddoos of medium size.
