Take1 bowl gram flour. Then heat a pan add ghee and add gram flour roast for 7 minutes in a low flame till it brown colour then add 1/2 cup Malai and stirring it continuously.

Then take a pan add one cup sugar and half cup water Mix well and make sugar syrup for Burfi. Then sugar syrup add in roasted gram flour. Then chopped dry fruits. Add1tsp cardamom powder Mix well.

Then pour in a dish. Then let it cold. After 2 o'clock make pieces of Burfi.

Then transferred to serving plate and decorate with chopped almond and serve it
