Take one cup moong dal add 1cup water soak moong dal in water for 30 minutes then take Turai peel it.

Then turai cut into pieces. Take a pan heat it add 3 tsp ghee and1 tsp cumin seeds
Add 1 bay leaf 3 cinnamon piece and garlic cloves and chopped green chilli and chopped onion and1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp salt mix well and roast it for one minute. - 3
Then add 1 chopped tomato and 1 tsp garlic chutney 1tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder mix well.

Then add soak moong dal and turai pieces mix well. Add water as required And cover it roast for 5 minutes. Now our healthy tasty moong daal turai sabji is ready.

Then take 1 bowl millet flour add water make dough and make roti roast it. Now take a plate serve healthy tasty moong dal and turai sabji decorate with green chilli serve millet roti with ghee and a jaggery piece and onion and buttermilk and
Serve it.
