Ingredients

30 minutes
4 - 5 serving
  • 1small bowl of bajra flour
  • 1/2 small bowl of wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/ 2 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/ 2 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 4-5 tspoil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/ 2 bowl curd
  • 1/2 bowl oil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix both the flour. Add all the spices.

    Make dough with the help of curd. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Make small balls from it. Press gently and fry it on high medium flame.

    Make crispy from both the sides. Store it in an airtight container.
