Frozen Banana Cream

I had a very ripe Banana that was almost blackened. As I always do, I placed it in a tough plastic bag and squashed it into paste. I freeze it, so the mashed Banana can be easily thawed and used for cakes, etc. Today I happened to add Cream to it. The frozen mixture of Banana and Cream was delicious. You don’t need to add Sugar. It was a lovely dessert on a hot day like today.

Tips

How To Freeze Ripe Bananas

When you have ripe Bananas and you want to save them for later use, you probably freeze them. This is how I freeze ripe Bananas and I believe this is the best way.
