Frozen Banana Cream

I had a very ripe Banana that was almost blackened. As I always do, I placed it in a tough plastic bag and squashed it into paste. I freeze it, so the mashed Banana can be easily thawed and used for cakes, etc. Today I happened to add Cream to it. The frozen mixture of Banana and Cream was delicious. You don’t need to add Sugar. It was a lovely dessert on a hot day like today.

Steps
- 1
Peel Banana(s), remove stringy thing, and place in a tough reusable plastic bag. Squash the Banana(s) into smooth paste.
- 2
Add Thickened Cream, and squash the bag to combine the ingredients. When evenly combined, make the mixture into a desired thickness as you fold the plastic bag as required, then place in the freezer.
- 3
You can spoon out softly frozen Banana Cream, OR cut firmly frozen Banana Cream into bite-size pieces, and enjoy.
