Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 4paupiettes (stuffed meat rolls)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 1/4 cupsmushrooms, sliced (about 150 grams)
  4. 1 cupdiced bacon (about 150 grams)
  5. 1/2 cupthick sour cream (about 100 grams)
  6. 1bouquet garni (herb bundle)
  7. 1 tablespooncornstarch (such as Maizena)
  8. 1 cupdry white wine (about 1/3 pint or 250 ml)
  9. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. 1

    Peel and thinly slice the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Set your Cookeo to sauté mode. Heat the olive oil, then cook the onion and bacon for 5 minutes. Add the paupiettes. Stir in the cornstarch.

  3. 3

    Add the mushrooms, bouquet garni, and white wine. Season with salt and pepper. Cook under pressure for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in the sour cream at the end of cooking. Let the Cookeo keep the dish warm for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
