Kohlrabi Fry

Wash kohlrabi properly. Cut thin slices of kohlrabi.

Now take a kadai. Add oil in it. When oil gets heated add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When it gets cracked add turmeric powder and asafoetida. Then add thin slices of kohlrabi and mix well.

Now put lid on kadai and cook it properly. When it gets cooked add coconut and mix well. Put lid for some seconds.

Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and mix it properly. Now saute for a minute and your kohlrabi fry is ready to serve.
