Steps

In flat vessel take chopped coriander and add red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,salt,souf, sesame seeds,gram flour and rice flour etc and mix it well with adding little water. Here rice flour gives a crispiness to our vadi.

Mix it well and then take oil in hand and make rolls of coriander mixture.then steam it for at least 10-15 minutes.

Make it cool.After ten minutes cut rolls into small pieces and then shallow fry or deep fry as you wish.you can also eat as it is or you can enjoy with your lunch or dinner.
