Beef stew with Garnish white rice
A typical Easter delicious meal

Wash tomatoes, pepper and onions and blend

Then you get a clean pot and pour the blended tomatoes in the pot and put on fire for it to steam and for the water to dry

You will get a separate pot to boil your meat after washing the meat you add 2 Maggie and slice onion with a pinch of salt little quantity of thyme and allow to cook for about 7minutes

After the blended tomatoes must have steam properly and the water dried you get a pot and put on fire then you add half tin of vegetable oil as soon as the oil is hot you pour your steam tomatoes and begin to stir you allow it to fry for about 4 minutes then you pour your cooked meat (beef) together with the water

Thereafter you add your Maggie and onga with a pinch of salt and allow to cook for about 5 minutes then your beef stew is ready

For the rice - get a clean pot and pour the raw rice in it add water and parboil for 8minutes then you wash the rice with filter and put back on fire adding water and a pinch of salt and allow to cook for about 10 minutes after the water get dried your white rice is ready.

Then you get grater and grate the carrots into tiny pieces and use it to garnish the rice
