Simple Home Made Corn Cheese Balls
Cooking Instructions

Blenched the corn. Cool it and grind it coarsely. Once it is done then keep aside. Heat butter in a Kadai. Fry maida till the raw smell goes off or tillis dry in consistency. Switch of the flame.

Cool it then combined in a bowl maida mixture, corn, black pepper powder, cheese, chopped green chillies and salt as needed. Mix it well and Knead a semi smooth dough. From the dough take a mixture and roll it like a ball. Repeat the same procedure.

Heat oil in a kadai dip fry it till it is golden brown color. Once it is done. Transfer to a kitchen paper.

Serve.hot.corn cheese balls with ketchup
