Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled sweet corn
  2. 1 cupBoiled potato grated)
  3. 2 slicesprocessed Cheese(grated)
  4. 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2 tspGinger(grated)
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli
  8. 1 tspOregano
  9. 2 tbspCorn flour
  10. 1 cupBread crumbs
  11. Mustard oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grind sweet corn kernels in a mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Mix sweet corn, potato,cheese,salt,red chilli powder, oregano, green chilli and ginger.Add corn flour and 1 tbsp bread crumbs.Mix it well.Make 8 balls from this corn mixture.Keep them in the fridge for 15 min

    For slurry - Mix 2 tbsp Corn flour and 1/4 cup water.Mix salt and black pepper.Keep it aside.Put bread crumbs on a plate.

    Heat oil in a pan,take a corn ball,dip it in the slurry and coat it with bread crumbs,fry them on medium heat until golden brown.

    Your nutritious crispy corn cheese balls are ready to serve.Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
