Crispy Corn Cheese Balls
Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add crushed sweet corn, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chillies, grated ginger, chopped green chillies and salt. Mix it well.

Then add grated cheese and corn starch mix properly.

Take small portion of corn mixture and make a ball. Now make slurry with corn starch, maida and water. Now deep the corn ball into the cornstarch slurry, then put it into the breadcrumbs and coated well properly. As shown in fig.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai drop the corn balls into the hot oil and fry on medium heat till crisps golden brown. Then take out in a absorbent paper.

Crispy Corn Cheese Balls is ready to serve.
