1/2 cupGram Flour
1 tspRed Chili powder
1 tspTurmeric powder

Cut and peel off Lauki. Grate it from manual grater.

Add gram flour, coriander leaves and green chilli.

Now add salt and spices and mix well.

Heat oil in a kadahi and deep fry these fritters tiil crisp and golden brown in colour.
